At Totally Laughter Yoga we like to meet the needs of our clients and are able develop bespoke Laughter Yoga sessions to meet the particular requirements of specific groups. We are also able to offer a range of additional services linked to improving the health and wellbeing of individuals and groups. With our bespoke courses you’ll find:
We can support the integration of Laughter Yoga and Laughtercise into the PSHE curriculum of your school and help develop programmes of study that help to develop the emotional intelligence of children and young people. All this work can in turn be linked to your Healthy Schools and wider school improvement agenda. Laughter Yoga can also sit alongside the other health and wellbeing initiatives within your current good practice, such as “Wake up, Shake up” and “Take 10” as a way to increase daily activity, with the added benefits of improving emotional wellbeing.
We are able to provide a Laughter Yoga day whereby multiple groups in your school can participate in a Laughter Yoga session at some point in that day.
School staff and the wider school community can also benefit from Laughter Yoga either through one off sessions or through the establishment of a regular laughter yoga club. We have even created a DVD of guided Laughter Yoga sessions for you to incorporate into your school life.
At Totally Laughter Yoga we can incorporate laughter yoga sessions into your existing team building or management/leadership days. We can also be on site for a full day providing multiple 30-45 minute laughter yoga sessions throughout the day to facilitate the engagement of as many members of staff as possible without interrupting the flow of the business day. This approach has been show to improve productivity and focus of workers meaning that it can be a cost effective investment.
Alternatively we are able to design and provide a wider training event incorporating Laughter Yoga as part of a wider mental and emotional wellbeing strategy.
